Inspection and Rehabilitation of existing Structures

The inspection and rehabilitation of buildings and other structures is necessary to preserve the integrity of the existing structures, upgrade older structures to modern design codes or facilitate expansions and renovations. The process requires an inspection of the building to carry out a condition survey from which we can assign the necessary testing, measurements, construction document review or additional explorations that need to be undertaken to understand the structural configuration and make a determination of its integrity. This process allows us to make recommendations and carry out rehabilitation and renovation designs to the existing structures. Our projects involve single family residences, multi-storey buildings and complex industrial structures for which rehabilitation can include seismic and hurricane force retrofit designs.
