Project Overview

This is an 80 feet high Structural Steel Building which was constructed to be used at the Engineering Workshop to serve the highest Straddle Carrier Machinery at the Kingston Wharf. The Structure covers a total area of approximately 14,000 square feet and has a reinforced concrete integrated mat foundation with 23 feet high concrete plinths. The interior of the structure contains a 3 level-39 feet high, structural steel platform with cantilevers of up to 12 feet to access the carriers and covered by a structural steel roof with spans in excess of 45 feet.
