Project Overview

FCS Consultants Limited was requested to carry out Structural Design and Assessment services for the Refurbishment of the Cornwall Regional Hospital. The project is being carried out in Phases including both Pre-contract and Post Contract works. Services include modeling and assessing the existing structural conditions of the hospital, structural report on the state of the building, engineering designs, schedules, procedures for effecting structural repairs, preparing bill of quantities, tender documentation and evaluation along with contract administration and monitoring.
