Summary

Mr. Chung is a Professional Engineer and the Co-founder and presently Managing Director of FCS Consultants Ltd. in Kingston, Jamaica. With over thirty years’ experience in the construction industry in the field of Structural and Civil Engineering design and consultancy he has developed a specialization in Building and Civil Structures of reinforced concrete and structural steel along with Infrastructural and Industrial Works. David directs and manages the operation of the FCS team as a whole, he actively provides collaborative support and corroboration to all projects teams. Mr Chung drives the overall direction of the company.

  • B.Sc. (Hon), Civil Engineering- Graduated 1990:  University of the West Indies St. Augustine, Trinidad
