Project Overview

The Perth 2 project located in Mandeville, Jamaica is a development of more than 1300 housing lots. The initial plan is to construct two bedroom single storey homes on the 1300 lots.

This project includes the development of roads, drains, water distribution systems, sewage conveyance system, sewage treatment and power supply systems. The infrastructure includes retention ponds as the main storm control and disposal system as the location and topography of the project lands does not allow for offsite disposal. We have also designed an onsite sewage treatment system utilizing the state of the art MABR technology as a very efficient, environmentally friendly, low energy and small footprint solution.
