The proposed project involves a multilevel residential development with 99 apartment units, including studios, one, and two-bedroom units. This 10-storey building is sited on a 1.7-acre property at 21 Braemar Avenue, Kingston 5 and has a gross building area of approximately 10,400 sq.m (112,000 sq.ft). The project will also include a roof top pool and entertainment area along with a basement structure for parking. The project is currently under construction.
